Next to area activities - nice!

Everything!
Not enough food/restaurant options nearby.
-
close to highway, easy on/off, overall very pleased
the only issue was the toilet was not secured properly to the floor and it rocked when sitting. Manager said he would take care of it. We were able to hear cars going by on the highway.

I was impressed by the White River Inn - with a beautiful new lobby, and a wonderful new suite. The service at the front desk was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and well informed. I highly recommend this hotel - more for the money than you can get from their neighbors!
They need to finish removing their old/original lobby area, and improve the signage that will lead you to the new entrance.

Accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Rooms are spacious with fridge and microwave and television.
We had difficulty connecting to Wifi from our room. It kept dropping out. We were downgraded as Booked.net had overbooked them and were offered nothing to compensate. Room price stayed the same. The hot water dispenser tastes of coffee and or a non-coffee drinker this taint detracts from a nice cup of tea. There is no cutlery, cups or anything to use in microwave / kitchen suite.

Locaction, easy to locate
only one thing the location of the A/C in the room next to the bed hard to ajust the air blowing right in your face......

This hotel has obviously undergone a recent renovation. The lobby/breakfast area appeared to be brand new, and the room was well equipped. The included breakfast offered a nice assortment of items, which we appreciated. There were eggs, muffins, bagels, cereal, even a make your own waffle-maker. Best of all, a heated indoor swimming pool. Staff was very friendly.
Upon entering initially, I wasn't crazy about the smell in the room. I can only imagine it has to do with some cleaning products that are used. It did not seem that they were trying to mask a cigarette smell, it just smelled a bit odd. The tv was rather old, not a flat screen, but it worked adequately and there were plenty of channels.

Staff at desk very helpful and concerned about welfare of guests
Water in pool did not feel lukewarm so we avoided the pool room seemed to be a half-mile from the elevator and they did not appear to be overly booked so why not closer? No recognition of our 50th anniversary although that was stated in the reservation in advance breakfast had no meats as most other inns/hotels provide

Proximity to the swim meet we were signed up for. Comfortable beds. Nice shower in the suite. Pool was nice, warm. New renovations WAY better than the look of the old half of bldg.
Check-in staff was VERY slow. Older gent. didn't have a clue when using a computer. Then they accidentally gave us a room that was less than we had reserved (we resrvd and needed a full kitchen but didn't get it). They had nothing available that we'd reserved, so upgraded us (for no extra cost...that was nice) to a suite, but that took at least 25 mins to do. THEN, rooms numbers on every floor began w/ #2. Took us 20 mins of running around w/ our bags after a long trip to find our room (#230 was on the 4th floor). Pull out sofa bedding had hair on them, obviously not changed from last customer. No TP holder. Only 1 towel rack in large bathroom. Breakfast was sub-par at best.

The pool I didn't get to use because I was too tired from moving all my luggage from room to room.
The tvs are outdated and mine didn't work. I spent 2 hours of my sTay helping maintenance troubleshoot it, wound up moving to another room. The second room smelt of cheap vanilla rug powdermixed with cigarettE smoke. Asked to be moved again and they asked me to leave. No compensation for all the problems. I am a disabled vet, and they had no one to help me with my luggage. Never again.

Neat & clean, close to Dartmouth, helpful staff. I was 'upgraded' to an accessible suite. Being an occupational therapist I was pleased to see that it would be comfortably accessible to my patients. I was unaware there was a pool or would have brought my suit. It looked so refreshing after a hot day walking around.
I had no need for the suite accommodations, but did enjoy coffee in the morning. I always wish there were additional cream packets in the coffee set up. There were no glasses for water. I had my travel water container with me so it wasn't much of an issue. I had difficulty finding a 2 dinner places that were recommended. I enjoyed driving around the countryside while searching. Sadly, I ended up going to a McD's vs. the sit down places I passed. It was late & I wanted carry out.

Front desk staff was helpful, friendly, efficient. Bed was comfortable.
Room key malfunction was not a single incident. Room needs some caulk maintenance. Found previous occupant's belongings left behind.
-
Staff, location, quietness, indoor pool, room, coffee, and the continental breakfast, which was better than expected-almost a hot breakfast.
Continental breakfast was fine, missed the hot breakfast but that's it. I would stay again with the family.
-
I loved the breakfasts, and the people at the desk were amazing
I was not impressed with the housekeeping, I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. We also had issues with our key card, they tried to fix it but it never worked.

It was ok for one night I liked the hot water in the shower And also the continental breakfast
The coverlet on the beds need to go! So out dated. That was a real turn off for me. The bathroom tub and shower are old
